Morning showerer or night showerer? Or both?

Curious.

I'm always nighttime but thinking of changing

I always shower in the evening. I am a crap sleeper and would rather have the extra time in bed in the morning. If it's hotand I've got a bit sweaty in bed I'll have a quick wash but that's it.

Both. I couldn't get up and just get dressed feeling sticky from bed. And I like a bath before bed to relax.

I was actually wanting to change to both but I didn't know if that was excessive/bad for skin?
I feel so much better after showering in the morning at the minute!

I just feel like I'm so conscious of my hygiene not being brilliant at the moment after being in a bit of a rut.

Morning. Can't bear going to work without a proper shower. I work with food so want to be fresh and clean. I think it's horrible going without, from a sweaty bed!

Night time. I like going to bed clean. In the summer I might have a shower in the morning too but not at this time of year.

Both. Can’t go to bed feeling riffy and can’t start the day sweaty

Both. But one is always a very quick one as I know it’s a bit excessive!

My house doesn't have a shower so I have a bath at night, wash in the morning.

Both but try and do only one shower per day as my hair and skin dry out

Most of my life I'm a morning showerer.
Because very greasy hair that looks best straight from shower

But started swimming and swim most evenings and get showers at the pool

It's nice to wake up and just go esp when at work

It's so hard to switch from you preferred slot

Morning bath for me, sometimes in the evening too if I’ve exercised or got sweaty.

I’m an after work and nighttime showerer I feel all sweaty and gross after work ( not strenuous but I’m in West Australia so always hot) and a nighttime to relax

I’m a morning showerer because I wash my hair every morning. If I don’t wash it it looks very odd… sleeping gives me a sort of bald patch that I can’t get my hair to lay down over unless I wash and style it. Then when I exercise after work I have another shower (without the hair wash).

Morning OR evening. I'd only have 2 showers a day if it was really very hot, or I'd been doing strenuous work in the garden.
I don't have a set routine, but tend to wash hair in the morning, otherwise its wet all night and goes frizzy if I use a hair dryer.

Both, but I live in a very hot and humid part of the world.

If I was only able to shower once a day, it would definitely be at night.

I'm all over the place - morning/evening/mid day, sigh.

Had horses for many years so always showered after a day at the yard so I was clean at home and for bed. The horses never made any comments about lack of personal freshness in the mornings.
These days I am too disabled to shower and no longer have my horses so that’s why I wrote in the past tense. Have to make do with washes now. l would love a long hot shower or a bath anytime of day.

Evening (well, once getting in from whatever I’ve done that day then changing straight into my comfy clothes). I like feeling clean in the evenings but then I’ve always had quite physical jobs, maybe it would be different if doing office work.

only have a morning shower if I’ve done a morning workout (which would usually be as well as an evening shower, but does depend on what I’ve done).

Always morning.
Shower the sleep off you and clean clothes. I'd feel grubby otherwise.
