Returning Emma Mattress, where’s the label??

Boring post sorry! I need to return my Emma Mattress and they won’t proceed until I send them photos, one of which is of the label.
from the example they sent me it is like a serial number stamped onto the foam but I cannot find it anywhere on mine!
I’ve taken the whole thing off the bed and removed the sheet.
Has anyone got any clues for me before I chuck it out the window!

Not that it helps but I returned mine last July and They didn't ask me for any pictures, so must be a new thing

I have to say their customer service was excellent so I'm sure if you email and ask they will assist

That’s good to hear that customer service was good.
I have emailed so hopefully hear back after the weekend.
