What was ending of Instagram video/movie clip?

This is a bit random and of absolutely no importance but it's annoying me! I was just watching a video on Instagram which seemed to be a clip from a film / TV show. There were lots of women at a baby shower in someone's house with blue balloons all around. They were playing some sort of game and someone asked the main character why she hadn't written a memory of her mum and she said she had no memories of her mum because she had died in childbirth. There was an awkward moment then they moved on to discussing baby names and one of them said 'Richard Junior?' and the mum to be replied 'Richard wishes!' Then a balloon popped and the baby names part was repeated, at which point the main character looked freaked out and said 'We just did this...'

Then my phone locked and when I unlocked it the video was gone and I can't find it again!! It's really annoying me that I don't know what happened next! Has anyone else seen this or know what film it's from?? It's totally inconsequential but it's bugging me!!

Think in the comments it said the film was called Madame Webb.
