I had a bad day today. My DS was under the weather so I had to take some last minute annual leave. This meant scrabbling to tie up all the loose ends I intended to finish off today and feeling quite stressed about this.
DS got a bit better but his mood was still low and he was very emotional about a lot of things. It was one of those days that little thing after little thing kept going wrong and I felt very overwhelmed. I ended up seeking comfort in some of the Easter chocolate. I am now suffering from a low mood and banging head ache.
DH is working the bank hol tomorrow so it's just me and DS. Any ideas on how I can remain positive and have a better day?
