A longstanding mumsnetter, a good one (not me) is currently in hospital, it's quite serious with unpleasant interventions, although she is being very blasé about it all. She is so bored that she has resorted to responding to WORK EMAILS.

Please post any funny stories/memes/get well wishes to cheer her up that you can.

(I won't name her unless she says I can)

After I had my hysterectomy dd bought me Damn You Autocorrect books and I had to put them away as too much to cope with!

I loved the DYAC site. I’m pretty sure they stopped a few years ago. But that would definitely be too much right now.
