Unusually for us we do have plans- but I'm keen for ideas for weekends going forwards as we don't do much at all generally!

Tomorrow- seeing the new Godzilla movie then lunch
Saturday- nothing planned
Sunday- having easter lunch at a friend's house
Monday- packing for our holiday in Germany

I'd love to know what people have planned!

We literally have swimming lessons on Saturday and that's it.

I've not planned dinners / visiting anyone / inviting anyone over / going out / doing anything.

The kids only finish this afternoon and I worked all week myself so I've had no time.

I've got food shopping coming Saturday so I am ordering stuff for a roast on Sunday. Other than that we're winging it.

DP working Fri and Mon, weather looks crap so I think its just a lazy one. I've got two weeks to fill for the kids so I figure a few lazy days won't hurt.

We have family visiting, and we'll do the traditional extended family Easter egg hunt on Sunday. Other than that I'm not sure as the weather looks rubbish again!

Lie in tomorrow, maybe cinema later on.
Dad and wife coming for lunch on Saturday.
Mother for lunch on Sunday.
Then a whole week off with nothing planned.

I think I enjoy Easter more than Christmas. You get the lazing around, time off work and treats without having to do a great deal in the run-up.

I agree with you @OhItsOnlyCynthia . I find Christmas quite stressful even though we don't do much.

Enjoy Paris @Sourisblanche !

My sincere commiserations for those working. Thanks

I was meant to be at an engagement party tomorrow and footy on Saturday then having a lazy Sunday with chocolate eggs. But instead I'll be recovering from a throat infection. Sad

Teens here and I have never seen Easter as the new Christmas despite all the marketing.
Easter eggs and possibly have my DF up for roast on Sunday or a pie.
Enjoying the break from work.

Long weekend at the seaside and I can't wait!

Kidults and their partners are all coming home (DD1 returning from a month in the US), and we've booked a very boozy bottomless brunch for Easter Sunday. The joys of adult children - no Easter Egg hunts or chocolate smears anywhere.

Currently not got anything planned really. I finished work today (teacher) and ds finished school. However, I have an absolutely awful cold so probably need a couple of days to recover.

The weather isn't looking great here- currently torrential rain!

We will probably do a mix of seeing my parents once I am better, local walks, local free museum/library, baking at home and playing with his toys - we have a couple of things to make/build from Christmas plus games. Hopefully a friend or two to play as well.

Luckily, he is very chilled 😎
