Accepting iCloud's terms and conditions

I have a iPhone SE (2020 version) it's fully updated.

It will not accept the iCloud terms and conditions. I've tried logging out of iCloud and back in.

Anyone know what else I can try?

Just a thought but is it a really long set of Ts and Cs where you have to scroll to the very bottom for the Accept button to be active?

It's not even getting to that. I just click it spins and then nothing eventually fon goes off and it stops trying

It could be that your model of phone is no longer upgradable.

To clarify, I know you've said it's upgraded but they often make old phones unusable so that you have to buy new/

Would it work to login to icloud on another device eg computer or tablet and accept the terms and conditions from there?

It is a known bug but hasn't happened to me (yet ) - I have the same phone as you.

2020 SE is not so old as to be unsupported!

Reading a thread about it I'm also going to try unlinking any other devices in case they are the issue.
