Is anyone's Paypal being a bit funny?

I have tried two transactions tonight and both rejected. I have more than enough in my bank account so it's a bit strange.

I can't see any reports of it being down. Is your signal OK? How far do you get?

Signal is fine, I get to the last click and then it decides not to work. One of those things I suppose!

I'd try it again a bit later then, it must be having a funny 5 minutes!

I'm having the same issue with my Tesco order, it won't complete.
