Tree Pollen suffers come and whinge here - nothing touching it today!

Is today really bad?

I've had an Allevia 24 hour tablet which is usually keeps it under control - but not today. Then Beconase spray and Sudafed just to try and dry it up. My nose is streaming like Niagra. Had a shower and washed my hair at lunchtime after being outside to try and wash away any pollen. No difference.

I just had a 2 hour 1-2-1 Zoom with a client and spent the entire meeting snorting into hankies. I can't take any more meds for it today but nothing is having the slightest effect on it.

Any other suggestions? I have to go out again in a moment and am dreading it getting even worse. These are the symptoms when all windows are closed and all clothes dried in the tumble drier not on the line.

Just wanted a whinge about it. I can't think straight because my nose is on the brink of a sneeze or sneezing every second of the day.

I have hayfever. I take antihistamines, sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. I had a rabbit years ago & my nose was Blocked or runny and kept sneezing all day every day, even with antihistamines, and I also looked after someone else's cat for 2 weeks, and I was the same with that. The antihistamines I take are called treathay.
