Lower back ache

I've developed a lower back ache, twinge and the bottom of my back over to the right side of my hip . It's intermittent so not a constant thing but it's quite sore. What could it be ?

See I did have sciatica whilst pregnant with my son 13 years ago so I wonder if this is related. I'm always on my feet / climbing stairs so it's always hurting ( when it's there)

I've googled sacroiliac joint pain and this is exactly what it feels like! How do you ease symptoms ?

Look at Dr Jacob on Instagram/Facebook. He has loads of videos for this and helps identify exactly which type of pain you have.

I think that you need to get to a GP rather than rely on Dr Google. If nothing else you need a firm diagnosis. Please don't leave it.
