Free transcription of a Youtube video?

Can anyone advise me on whether it's possible to get a Youtube video of just over an hour and a half transcribed for free? And if so where can I get this done? if not what's the cheapest I can get it done for? I'm disabled so on a very low income.

You can use otter.ai app for free

Scroll down under the video description and click the big transcription button. Almost every video has auto generated subtitles these days which automatically creates a transcription. It's not 100% perfect but it's free and right there.

If the video is properly subtitled then the transcription will be made out of that instead and much more accurate.

Oh wow, thank you so much - that's amazing! I had no idea that feature existed! Sorry for the late reply, it's been a long hard day and I had to take some time out from this but it was so welcome to log on and find a solution there waiting for me!
