Has anyone tried Jude supplements?

I have a bad cough and feel very down about leaking urine. It's just so shit. Pelvic floors alone don't seem to do much for me, although admittedly I'm not great at remembering to do them.
I'm nearly 50 (3 vaginal births) and can't stand the thought of living the rest of my life like this. I'd have surgery tomorrow if I could.
I keep seeing Jude supplements on social media and wondered if they're any good.
Thanks Smile

Saw her on Dragon's Den. Think they were impressed by the product. I was too actually but not seen it about

JMSA · 27/03/2024 01:22

Yes, I saw that too.

That's where I saw it and I almost ordered it because had nothing but problems since I had twins. I read the reviews on the site seemed ok

Hi I'm new here, I Also wondered whether anyone has tried "Jude"?

Has anyone tried "Jude" as seen on dragons den?

I was trying to find anyone 'real' who has tried it. Thought I might give it a trial but it was so expensive I couldn't bring myself to splash out. In the end it prompted me to get my medication sorted out for my overactive bladder with the GP. Previous medication had some awful side effects so I had to stop taking it and the symptoms came back full flow (pun intended).

Sorry not helpful but I did a MN search initially but couldn't find any one who had tried it.

I have stress incontinence and the physio I saw about it told me that Jude supplements will not work for my problem. She has given me pelvic floor exercises, shown me how best to do them and recommended a Kegel 8 pelvic floor toner.

Hi I've tried them, have been taking them for about 3 months now, they worked really well, I can honestly say I was genuinely surprised by how well they worked. I took as instructions, 3 each day, I took them all in the morning as my challenges are during the day not nights, and then dropped down to two a day. So yes I would recommend abd I would try seeing if they work for you. Personally I would have eaten tree bark if I thought it would work as such embarrassing thing and well known pads were not enough when coughing, sneezing, or just left too late and even getting up caused leakage. Good luck x

I'm a real person
I have tried Jude Supplements
The main reason for not trying them when I saw them on Dragons Den is that I know i have intolerance to pumpkin seeds and Soy

They arrived on a Wednesday so I took with food on Wednesday and Thursday as advised 3 tablets each time

Woke up on Friday morning with severe Abdominal cramps and what I can only describe as projectile Diarrhoea i prayed i wouldn't pass out on the loo as it was accompanied by severe retching and dizziness. The cramps were so severe I had difficulty getting out of bed.
Lasted for 24 hours.

By Sunday when i ate I still got abdominal cramps, the remnants were still passing through which then subsided to flatulence. Lasted for 5 days.

I read loads of comments on the Facebook group. Anyone who asks about side effects or Diarrhoea is shut down by the members. It does not feel like a safe space to me.

I followed the links to the research papers. One is 120 women, the other around 30. That's less than 200 women. There are further links to papers of similar ingredients, the majority being for men with prostate cancer.

Although I experienced a severe reaction and only took for two days. I did notice changes in my symptoms. Could just have been the placebo effect!

I have had OAB since I was a child and have tried everything including bladder botox.

I noticed I was able to walk to the loo without leaking and would have continued taking the supplements for that improvement alone.

Please note
I am intolerant to Soy and I think Pumpkin Seeds.
What I experienced can not be described as digestive unease.
It was my choice to try Jude supplements knowing the ingredients listed.

I think don't let physio distract you from trying to improve your life. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain if it works for you

Jude is recommended with pelvic floor exercises. It's a supplement.

I tried the 4 week subscription with the 10% discount and cancel any time option and compared the price to buying pads.

I felt relieved not to leak on the way to the loo.

Good Luck

Hi. I noticed alot of ladies asking about Jude supplements. I have had 3 births and a hysterectomy. I was getting paranoid about outings making sure there was a loo around. I wasnt leaking but when the urge happened by golly it did. Literally urinating on the spot!! So embarrassing. Coming home to take yet another shower. Change of clothes. Up and down at night disturbing my sleep.
I ordered Jude. Im now on my sixth week. It truely works believe me. No sudden urges that leave me paniking. No more wet clothes. I feel 'tighter' in that area if you know what i mean. I would strongly recommend its changed my life.....really!!

Tootshoney · 06/03/2026 09:41

I'm trying them and have at last got into a routine of 3 per day spaced out with food (kept forgetting to take them). I was very sceptical but they do seem to work, though not completely as yet. I shall carry on!

FordExplorer · 06/03/2026 10:09

These are soooooo much better than Jude and about 4 x stronger! I’ve had much better results than I did when I was on Jude
