A warning. Leader Floors.

I recieved 2 damaged packs of laminate from them. Crushed and a hole in one box!

I've been emailing since March 1st, with zero response.

Their phone calls, when selecting to talk about a previously placed order just cuts off after making some awful beeping sound.

Before my order arrived I emailed about delivery and that email was replied to within days!

But every email about the damaged laminate has been ignored. They just do not care and I have not had a single response in almost a month now.

I'm going to email them this thread and update with any response from them.

Please think twice about using them, the laminate itself seems good quality but if you look at Trust pilot it's the same story again and again.
If something goes wrong they just do not respond.

That's horrendous! We're about to buy a ton of laminate for all of our downstairs - we'll make sure to avoid them. Thanks for the warning!

How did you pay - is there any way to reclaim the money via the payment processor as they're not responding?

I paid via debit card.

I'm considering looking into a charge bak but not sure if they do partial ones?

I bought from them on March 13, received a confirmation email to say that my order has been received and will be with me by March 19.

The day after purchase, they emailed to say that unfortunately they're out of stock and it won't be back in stock until March 19, at which point they would let me know an estimated delivery date. This didn't work for us as we were on a deadline and specifically ordered from them on the basis that we'd have the flooring by March 19th as stated on their website and in the order confirmation note.

When they emailed me on March 14, I emailed straight back to say this wouldn't work for us and that we'd like to cancel our order and get a refund. It's been 12 days and I've not heard anything from them. I've emailed them multiple times, called multiple times only to be left waiting in a queue for 40mins.

I'm now arranging a dispute and chargeback with my credit card company.

They are awful. AVOID!

We just bought our flooring from B&Q as you can visually inspect the actual packs you are buying.
I hope you all get this sorted out.

I've had zero communication from them. No calls. Texts. Not a single reply to my emails.

But the same company, delivery driver and van that delivered the laminate are scheduled to make a delivery to me tomorrow. Google suggests they only deliver for leader so I think they must have sent me replacements? 🤞

Will update tomorrow.

2 replacement packs just arrived.
But still no communication.

Very weird.

Wish I had seen this before I ordered flooring because nothing has been delivered. And I can’t get hold of any customer service to find out what is going on or to be able to cancel the order.
