What vest/cami do you wear under a v-neck top?

I want a straight-topped vest or cami that is high enough to give a layered look under a v-neck top (all my current vests/camis are too low). I ideally want it in white and/or black, but other colours might work too. If you have one of these, where did you buy it?

Supermarket. But that was some time ago! Most are curved or slightly v neck at the front, but straight at the back, so you could always wear it the wrong way round. Alternatively, if it's just for modesty rather than for warmth, you could just get a modesty panel from somewhere like Amazon, there are plentry on there.

Thanks @DilemmaDelilah . I hadn't heard of modesty panels so will look them up. Sounds like they need to be re-branded though, as it's not a compelling name. 😁

In winter it needs to be warm. In summer it needs to be cool. So probably two different products.

M&S have quite a few as Di Sainsbury’s Tu, including plain, patterned, striped etc lots of colours & cheap.

Do you have a link to one that you've used? Some vests are too high, some too low.

Next always sell these in many different colours.

Next sell vest tops in loads of colours and with spaghetti or wide straps . They also now do one with a square / straight neckline, although limited colours

Another vote for primark, cheap and cheerful in a range of colours.

Matalan do them too in lots of colours for about £5. They also do extra long as well as the normal length.

M&S is my go to.

I have these in different colours, and I wear back to front if I want a completely straight line across rather than a baggy straight line, if that makes sense.

Primark every time. I wouldn't look anywhere else. I have several, different colours/string straps and vest straps. Different lengths too. They wash well and are hidden away anyway most times.
