We have just posted the PIP re-assessment form off.
After our first PIP phone call assessment interview, it only took a few weeks to come through. That was 2 1/2 years ago though.

I'm really worried as when they asked about my child's GCSE I said he had GCSE then corrected them and said btec but didn't realise they were equivalent to GCSE. He got level 1 / level 2. I'm not good with this whole GCSE understanding he didn't pass them. I then looked and saw level 1 was entry level so called them back and said I got it wrong I think they are entry level not GCSE. But when my husband came home he said he has entry level and GCSE. I'm now worried they may think I was trying to avoid I will get into trouble. I'm happy to send copys. I admit I made a mistake but worried about it.

I'm not sure what your child's exam results have to do with your PIP assessment? Or when you should call for a report. Did you mention at the assessment you would like a report? They send it automatically before it goes to the decision maker.. takes about 16 weeks for final decision.

They questioned his understanding as he did GCSE results. And they sounded surprised. I'm worried they will think I was trying to change the outcome come. I have nothing to hide as I'm happy to send the copys off to them. Could my mistake affect his claim

OP - my DC got good GCSE grades as we used the DLA money to help pay for a special private school. We were still awarded PIP.

They'll send you a text to say they've received the assessor's report. Then you can ring and ask for a copy. The decision maker doesn't always go with the report, but usually do.
For my last review I had no assessment. It was all done by the decision maker at the DWP so no assessor's report was generated.

Should I call tomorrow to put it right
