Ryanair question

We've never flown with Ryanair without hold luggage before. We're going to a European city at the weekend and only have cabin bags. We've checked in online already. Am I right in thinking we can go straight to security when we get to the airport? We don't need to queue at the desk do we? I'm suddenly doubting myself!

Yes, if you have your boarding pass you can go straight to security.

We did Ryanair last week.

Just go to security. Dead easy.

We had bags so had to check in - but that was also easy.
And we had a Ryanair on time landing Grin

Just be very sure your cabin bag fits Ryanair rules.

Thanks all. DH has booked the lounge so want to make the most of it before we fly. I know RA are notorious for not opening bag drop until literally 2 hours before and I thought if we did have to queue, it would hardly have been worth booking it as we'd probably only get an hour in there.

Again just checking you are aware of the size of the cabin luggage. Do you only have the free underseat bag? Measurements are 25 x 20 x 45 cm.

Or have you paid for an extra cabin bag.

We have priority boarding so have the under seat bag and a cabin bag. We've flown RA in the past but have always had hold luggage.
