Feeling really worried after pip assessment

I had a pip assessment over the phone for my son. His autistic went to mainstream school and got 4 gcse at D and E. To be honest I'm not great with understanding GCSE. I didn't now what a btec was the same as a GCSE. She sounded surprised he got them even though he did foundation papers as his understanding is not great. On the certificate it said GCSE. But when I googled after the phone assessment it said one of them was a entry level . So I called them back to say I got it wrong as it wasn't GCSE but entry level I got it wrong. But didn't specify which one or how many and now I think they think I'm lying as I could of come across that it was all of them. The lady on the phone said she will let the assessor now. Now I'm worried as they only asked about GCSE not certificates and I never told mentioned the certificates and now I'm worried I messed up with his GCSE and feel I've got it all wrong. I'm worried his claim will be rejected or I will get into trouble. I was put on the spot at times. Forgot to say important information. I'm happy to send evidence in if needed but feel so anxious about it. And was going to ring for the report but I'm worried they will now contact his school to chase it up. I'm so nervous xx
