Worried but don't know why

My child says she's worried about one big thing or some things but she doesn't know what it is or why

Does anyone else's child have this?
Is there a way I can help her with this?
She's 10 for context

Sounds like anxiety to me

There's a great book called 'the huge bag of worries' that would help you to talk about the benefits of talking about worries/things on our minds.
You could also do a worry monster. Try googling this as I'm sure there will be ideas you can see better than me explaining it in text.
You can agree to look at the worries together or you could look at them away from her - whichever she likes best.

I've already got a worry monster but thank you.
Just any ideas or advice welcome.
I will look at the book as well.
As I'm sure there must be other things in her head I don't know about
