Cheat day food choices!

DH is booked to go away and my tradition is to have a full on day of indulgent eating. Its only about twice a year and I wait for the kids to be in school/childcare then usually cook it myself or sometimes Deliveroo.

I'm sure many of you will think it stupid/a terrible idea but i practice a kind of long term delay don't deny technique so tell myself that can have exactly what I want but not until x date and only that one day and it works for me. I'd love to be able to moderate myself but I just can't, I've tried, I'm very all or nothing.

I keto most of the time so naturally there's lots of things that I can't include in my everyday diet. I have a list on my phone and every time I get tempted I just put it on the list and then stop thinking about it.

There's a new gelato place near me so tempted by that and their macaron. Included on my list are those crunchy bar rocks you get in a bag, pad thai, baked cheese cake....that's probably more then I can manage haha.

So what would your ultimate cheat day foods be?
