She may not want dc, she may have had problems conceiving, maybe other reasons for not having dc - but what she should have is an expectation that her reproductive issues/non issues are her own business!?

People regret all sorts of life decisions and you don't blame other people for your choices.

Presumably she made that choice for herself at the time with full knowledge of the prospect of not having children in this relationship
