Has anyone ever in the history online retail managed to get a refund from this company? Is there a magic word I need to use? Or do I need to kidnap the pet rabbit belonging to their head persons children and hold it to ransom for my money? I keep sending emails, I resubmit all the information they need ( which they already have, heavy sigh), I get a friendly conciliatory email back from yet another person ( or bot) in their customer services dept - never the same person twice I think they are made up people - , they apologise profusely, sympathise with my frustration and promise to escalate the issue. Then they don’t.
I know it is my own fault for ordering from them, I have learnt that lesson, but OMG am I paying the price for late night internet impulse purchasing.
