Yes, started with a very painful sore throat. Now I have a horrible hacking chesty cough. Feeling awful.

I’ve had a nasty cough for over a week now (it’s getting worse not better) and whilst I feel generally fine in myself, it’s really starting to get me down.

Thanks everyone, I haven’t been well since Jan with various things but I’ve been awake since half 1 this morning with really bad nightmares and night sweats, then non stop diarrhea and feeling sick with stomach cramps, currently in bed xx

Bump!!

I have been unwell for a month and only just turning a corner. The only time I have ever had an illness last like this was when I had covid first wave. We have all been ill for ages even DS and DH who are almost never ill. Bought some vitamin D as been having a nosey round the web trying to find out how to up immune system. We eat a lot of veg and fruit as it is. DH, DS and his DS GF do a lot of sport. My back is rubbish these days but I usually walk for an hour a day.
