No universal credit statement showing..

My payment is due on the 29th March
My Assesment period ended yesterday
Woke up this morning and no statement
It's always there when I wake up and nothing
Even on a weekend
I recieve LCWRA so I have no work coach
They are closed today so no way of getting in touch with anyone
I have nothing outstanding in my to do as I check every day
Why is this happening do you think ?

My statement is always available 3 days after the assessment period ends. I wouldn't expect it today if your assessment period only finished yesterday.

It's a weekend so maybe that is making a difference. It is only just after the end of your assessment period end. If it's not there by Monday I would call them.

If you go to payments, do you have a paragraph that says 'your next statement will be ready on....'?

Mines always the day after

It should say on your journal when to expect your next statement.

It does it says Monday 25th but my Assesment period ended yesterday and it's always available the very next day regardless what it says on my account

Wait until the date stated on your payment page. If the statement is still not there by then, then that means no payment is coming. You’ll need to chase it up then.

My statement is officially able to view on the 15th but it’s usually there on the 13th. I would still have to wait until the 15th to chase things up

Wait until Monday the 25th before you start fretting, it should be there by then

I've just had a Quick Look on the UC Facebook help page
There's a few other people saying there statement not showing either

To be fair, they've told you when to expect it, so it shouldn't be worrying that it isn't there.

@Lougle it's worrying because regardless of the date they claim it will be available ...it's always the day after Assesment period
It's been this way for the last two years
So obviously I'm going to worry

Today is the day my statement is supposed to show but i haven't received it but it normally gives me it days before hand. And i get paid midnight tonight but im abit on edge knowing if i will get paid or not..
