Family coming for Easter, three adults, 14yo and 2 x 13 yo.

VERY competitive, monopoly always descends into an argument, not Pictionary.

Tried exploding kittens butt that didn't go well either!

We used to play spit and shithead, any other games like that?

Uno is our go to.

Thanks!

There's a whole series of games called Fluxx, which are a simple turn-taking card game where the rules change and evolve as you go. So you don't have to take a load of time learning the rules, the rules and how to win will be whatever the card on the table says and will change as you play. https://www.looneylabs.com/games/fluxx

There's lots of themed versions - my sister has a Star Trek one and a Marvel one, but you can get them themed around anatomy or pirates or fantasy, all sorts. They're really simple to get into.

Fluxx

The latest and greatest version of the card game with ever changing rules! Easier than ever with just the four classic card types that fans the world over have come to know and love. It starts out simple: draw one card and play one card – but New Rule...

Muffin time is great fun. Not a huge opportunity for being competitive and arguing but it can be tactical. It's a bit silly but great for a range of ages

Poverty for Neanderthals is good fun too.

We got Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza.

If you're as competitive as my family you may walk away with sore hands though. Blush

Chameleon? Is a word game - you each have to give a clue to a word in the grid, but one person doesn't know which word you are trying to identify, and the rest of the group have to work out who is the Chameleon.

Skyjo - card game, bit more complicated than Uno but good.

Logo game or a variant. Quiz game, can be played in teams, about branding.

Ticket to Ride - entry level strategy game. Might be max 5 player though

Taco Goat etc is in a similar vein to Spit. V lightweight and good for all ages.
