How's it going with the RAAC? Anyone had their school buildings mended/ reopened yet? Don't really hear about it on the TV any more.

Our local community building which houses our town council and library and has a weekly indoor market, theatre/dancefloor and rooms to hire for kids' parties, weightwatchers, local groups etc. has been shut pending a decision about its future. It's not the building we're arsed about but the loss of the services it contains.

Ours is being closed over the next few weeks as we need half a new roof. I need a map as I have no idea where anything is.

I don't know if they've actually fixed any of it yet!

Secondary local to us still being taught in pavilions. One of my students has a friend (yr 9) who's still only in actual school 2 days a week. Ofqual have said that exam years in these schools won't get any consideration on that basis in their exams!
