I do what I can but it's just not practical for me to cut everything out.
Breakfast this morning was protein porridge with oat milk and almond milk, I feel like the porridge is a UPF?
Lunch was a sandwich with ready made roast chicken, salsa, avocado in brown seeded bread. The bread is a UPF, what about the chicken and the salsa?
Dinner homemade spaghetti bolognese with some cheese. Not a UPF.
Snacks were protein powders and alcohol, definitely UPF!!
I don't have time to be making my own bread, worrying about porridge oats and I don't have the willpower to give up alcohol.
I do love a fish finger sandwich on white bread with chips, cheese, ketchup and mayonnaise but the chips must be homemade and cooked in oil.. is that an UPF if its olive oil?
Either way, no, I have enough to worry about.
My kids eat too much shit but it's a battle in progress, right now I'm getting food into them, one day they will eat properly 🤞
