Just wondering how everyone else organises their life as I'm really struggling at the moment with feeling overwhelmed from being so busy in what feels like every aspect!

I'm especially interested where there are certain apps or ways you have to do things (e.g. I have 2 step kids & we have a shared Google calendar which shows when the kids are with us/his ex and any activities/stuff relating to them). This works well for the situation (and I can add my work calendar to google calendar as well), but sometimes my personal stuff gets pushed down out of view as the shared calendar items are always at the top (even when it's not relevant to us as it is an activity for the kids not on our day with them).

I currently flip between loads of different methods like apps and a paper diary etc. but want something that keeps all important documents, to do lists, notes, kids info, meal plans, shopping lists, calendars, birthdays & important dates etc. together that is also accessible from my phone/laptop/ipad (so home or on the move). Some of the stuff I would like to be able to share or have some way my husband can see stuff e.g. mortgage docs or the meal plan.

Then I'd also like a good checklist or routine for some tasks with reminders (things like a job was last done on X date and it will next need doing on Y date), and these things would range from some stuff that needs doing round the house, to dates for the MOTs, car services and insurance renewals.

Bonus points if there is something you do to keep passwords remembered and safe!!

I'm actually not an unorganised person, but when feeling overwhelmed I feel I need to be REALLY organised as it will help with some of the stress, and I don't know how to bring everything like this together. I doubt what I'm looking for exists!! So any tips would be welcome, thank you :)
