Has anyone been? Was it good? Really would love to go, but would be so grateful if anyone has any tips on where best to sit, ticket discounts etc! 🙂

Loved it. Had standing tickets and danced and sang all the way through. We went last summer.

Is it suitable for kids, I'll have a 7 and nearly 10 year old with me.

Yes, we took our 8 year old (she is obsessed with Abba though) and she loved it and proved quite popular with other members of the audience. Get seats rather than dance floor.

Thanks for your advice, I'll go for the seats. I'm a big ABBA fan so I'm looking forward to the lesser known songs, I named DD after one, Cassandra.
I'm in Lewisham so easy to travel on the DLR.

Don't go seated if you want to stand up and dance, when we went no one in our area did so we couldn't as it would have been blocking their views but it was disappointing, I had assumed most people would be up and dancing for at least part of it.

I was dazzled by how much money they're making without having to be there! Went with teen who loved it but I'm not sure I'd have gone otherwise.

We loved it - even DS (16) who asked me who Abba were before we went! I'm not sure he's mine.

We were in the right hand seating area so had a great view of the abbatars. The only thing that spoiled it was a bloke who kept standing up to dance, then when he was told he couldn't dance in the seats tried to move into the standing area and got shirty when he was told he couldn't. His wife thought it was hilarious - idiots.

Other than that (and the staff dealt with him brilliantly) it was amazing. Food is expensive so have something to eat before you go, and the public transport there was so easy.

I went last night and thought it was amazing, bowled over by the technology. We stayed at Snoozebox next door too.
