Flaky peeling itchy nipple (I'm pregnant)

Hello,
Just looking for some advice really. I'm 24 weeks pregnant, and have very itchy stomach and boobs. One of my nipples looks and feels normal, the other is sore, the skin is flaking off and it's weeping from the areola.
Is this mastitis? Is it too soon for mastitis? I have another DD and I was itchy but never had any changes with my nipples.
Please help before it flakes off altogetherBlush

Itchy nipples can be quite common as can an itchy stomach, mainly because of the skin stretching. However, an itchy stomach can also be a sign of intrahepatic cholestasis which can be serious and needs monitoring so I'd phone your midwife and see what they recommend.

Mine were really itchy all through pregnancy. My babies later got oral thrush which I had on the breast too - the pain 😔 Wonder now if that's what the itching was - check with your midwife, you don't want to go through that when baby comes.

I'm less worried about the itchiness and more about the flaking and peeling and weeping. I had intrahepatic cholestasis in my first pregnancy.
I just went to have a look and my nip was stuck to my bra.
