Who makes these fine liners?

This is the best pen I have ever used (see photo). Casually given to me by an old client two years ago who had loads of them. It is nearly out of ink and I am desperate to replace. No brand name. The side has "MADE IN JAPAN" stencilled on it, and the lid says 0.38.

Any ideas?

Don't know for sure...but I'd guess maybe MUJI?

Muji. They are excellent. And the best biro-type Japanese pens are made by Jetstream. I am a stationery addict and am a sucker for pens.

Yes, Muji. I recognised it immediately. I love these pens and have them in multiple colours - they are my favourite to write with.

That one has lasted a million years. I've bought a pack of 10 black 0.38 and a pack of 10 multicoloured. I cannot WAIT to gloat over them.

That's a very sensible precaution. You want to avoid having them "borrowed".
