Hello everyone,please excuse if this is pretty long just totally fed up looking to see if anyone has been in the same situation.
Middle of December I started to get severe side/flank pain right side at first I thought I had possibly pulled a muscle ad I work in homemade,however the pain got alot worse like I was doubled over in pain & I knew it was something else I went to doctor gave urine sample which tested positive for white blood cells,blood,lukeeolyts & said it was either urine infection or Kidney Stone gave me an antibiotic for 1 week.This did not work week later I went back was told sometimes first antibiotic does not work & gave me another also scheduled me for a ultrasound to check for stones,back & forth to doctors with four antibiotics not working.I was in severe pain one weekend & had to go to A&E the doctor said I definitely think it's a kidney stone if not there is an infection in the Uretha & sent me for a CT SCAN which showed no stones & was told severe urine infection & given yet again another course of Antibiotics 5 all in the space of a month that antibiotic did not work either meanwhile I have been suffering this severe pain I was give Co-Codomol which does work until the next episode of pain which is mainly through the night.
January bloods were taken came back fine urine was still testing positive for infection & still in pain again back & forth to doctor they decided not to give me any antibiotic as they were not working.
I have been to A&E several times & they send me away saying there is nothing they can do go back to my doctor.I went to A&E late February was a Thursday pain was excruciating was sent away as scan had showed it was fine go to own doctor went there on Friday really unwell could not stop being sick was send away again this escalated to tye pain travelling to my back as though I was in Labour got seen st my local hospital who gave me a JAG for the pain & a sickness JAG which helped thankfully I thought I might die with the pain,he said he thought kidney or possibly gallbladder was going to write to my doctor.
Back at doctors after the last incident she referred me for a scan to check gallbladder & pelvic area all came back fine.
Bloods have been done several times however always come back fine the last three times however the liver enzymes have been elevated was back at doctor this morning as I have literally been in bed the past two days with the pain feeling sick she is now going to contact gynecology as she thinks there might be a cyst on my abdomen as she pressed there today & I nearly hit the roof with pain.
I don't know what to do I have young children & they are missing out as I am always in pain/unwell feel so low I just want to get better frightened it may be something serious they have missed & I might not get better.
Has anyone been through similar I am so sorry for long post but this has gone on 3/4 months thanks for reading.
