Thoughts please - Taylor Swift tickets

A friend of mine has bought what she thinks are legitimate Taylor Swift tickets on Viagogo. Looking at her confirmation I’m quite concerned she’s been scammed. I really don’t want to piss on her parade but just know how gutted she’ll be if she gets to the door and is declined entry.

My concerns:

  • no row number is listed (Viagogo claim this is normal) where it is listed on my Ticketmaster bought tickets
  • the start time doesn’t match that shown on my ticketmaster bought tickets
  • the line in the blurb stating that the ticket may not be valid is a massive red flag.

Would really appreciate thoughts before I go back to her. I know she’ll be gutted but I just have such a bad feeling. Am I being paranoid?

Can she cancel the tickets now? No way would I wait until June or worse the show night to find out it was fake. She may not be bothered though if she knows she'll definitely be refunded after the event.

If she's really keen to go though she's better off constantly refreshing ticketmaster for legit resale tickets.

I’ve said to her to cancel through her credit card (hoping that’s what she used!) it’s for her DDs birthday so definitely don’t want to be turning up on the night to be declined entry.

I really do hate scammers 😡😡
