My son has autism and qualifies for a ride access pass. We applied and received one last year for Legoland.
We want to visit Chessington (also part of Merlin) and thought we would be automatically eligible but reading the guidance now, we need a physical card. We were given this last year.
We are hoping to visit next week. Does anyone know how it works now and if it's likely I'll be able to resolve it in time for a visit on Easter weekend?
I have emailed them as that's the only way to contact as far as I can see.
