I have a DR10 conviction which happened in 2009. I work in a school and have always declared this when applying for roles as it will show up on a DBS check. However, I believe that the conviction is now spent as it’s been 11+ years so unsure whether to continue declaring it. Any advice? Seem to be finding conflicting advice online,
