How to get more storage on phone or how to store photos for free?

Does anyone know? My dd has deleted loads of apps and photos but still her phone is full. It has 128gb storage

Any ideas?

Has she tried going into settings and clearing out storage, memory & cache

Also go through the apps and see the size of them. There may be one that's huge

If you’ve got Amazon prime they can be sorted there for free however, I pay £1.59 a month for unlimited storage on google photos.

They may still be in her waste basket, in which case she will need to go into the waste basket and permanently delete them.

Is it an Android phone or an iPhone? If it's an Android then they can be backed up to Google Photos (in the cloud). Just make sure you check the backup quality setting - to save space it's best to compress them for backup rather than storing at original quality.

Amazon prime account has free storage

If you have a laptop she can move all her photos and videos off her phone and either keep on laptop or transfer to a memory stick. I do this , then I go through them again and delete similar or blurry ones, as you can see the quality better on a larger screen.
