Would a busy road put you off a house?

Even if it has

• Good windows
• Parking for 2 cars
• 10 minute walk to the centre of town
• Sought after location

Yes. Noise and air pollution. Was put off houses for this exact reason when we were buying. I suppose it depends what you mean by a busy road though.

Yes while there’s diesel & petrol cars. No when all EV.
