Firstly, the telephone numbers you give don't answer, and your website advice to set up a Direct Debit online is also worse than useless, apparently.
When I get to the bottom of the online application form you advise me that you will email me shortly so that the process can be completed.
Well, it's been 5 days now and I'm still waiting......
Trying your phone numbers again (in case they were having a tech glitch) also proved to be fruitless, pointless and useless.
Thanks for nothing. OK - rant over and I feel a little bit better.
