ordered Mounjaro for weight loss and received it but not started it yet. Can anyone who is on it tell me how you are getting on with it for weight loss and any side effects etc.
I am hoping to start today so any useful information would be a great help .

My concern would be staying on it for life. I could afford it for about a year but for life I definitely couldn't.

I would never stay with Mounjaro for life. I would only do that if my life depended on that and I had no options.
My idea of Mounjaro may be wrong, but I am using as a help and incentive (like with a bariatric surgery). You will have this “help” but you will need to do your part to maintain. Otherwise you will go back to your old days.
You will need to make sure you change what you eat, do exercise to keep the work.

Yep been on it for 5 weeks now, 9 lbs down. Food noise gone. Impulsive eating gone.

I've moved up to 5mg this week, had diarrhoea and sickness one night only - was horrid. It's the first symptoms I've had at all though and I've been fine since. Will see if the same happens when I take my next 5mg.

I'll continue till I reach my GW hopefully be able to come off it by Jan/Feb

@HiveMindEchoChamber 9lbs is great!!
I never had diarrhea but the opposite. I am trying to have a good portion of fiber to help me as I felt stuck in my 5mg dose.

Useful to know. Thank you.

How long does it take to get organised and arrive once you submit and interest to somewhere like Asda Pharmacy. Would it be days or weeks?

I have done by superdrug that, the whole process to delivery took 7 days. Also ordered from Voy and the whole process was 4 days (mainly because their delivery is next day and superdrug delivery took 4 days)
I would count around 7 days with Asda.

Wow. That's quick. I think I'm going to do it. I need to do something.
