Will the traffic be really bad on M1 Easter Monday afternoon/early evening? Travelling from Leeds to London.

Just wondering will it be ok as presumably a lot of people will have gone away for longer than just the weekend?
I could wait and leave after dinner, say 6:30ish, maybe that would be better.
Any thoughts?

The M1 seems to be horrible whenever I am on it these days but I think a lot of people will be heading home in the afternoon so I think the evening might be quieter.
