Quick help! What sauce?

Ok so I often roast quorn pieces, mini potatoes, onion, broccoli and plum tomatoes and they are in the oven but my mind has gone blank.
Sometimes crumble feta over.
Would a white sauce be nice? Or a cheese sauce? Or gravy? Or stock? Has to be vegetarian.

What is that? Is it a jar? Or can I make it?

Omg amazing found a cheat for the chick fil a (never heard of it!) and it's fab! Have guessed at the measurements as I don't have cups

I love just stirring some chilli pesto through once it's all roasted.

Oh dammit wish I'd thought of that. Great idea for next time.

Chimichurri was my first thought.
Or honey and mustard

OneFrenchEgg · 18/03/2024 19:28

Fabulous: served it with the quick sauce. Not sure if the little ones liked it. Older ones did. Definitely pesto next time and honey and mustard maybe baked on it .

I always keep some frozen mushrooms handy for emergency sauces.
