I know him through a sport, we train together sometimes.
He's a single man, who makes no secret of the fact he'd like to find love. He's never done anything to indicate he might see me that way though. He's mid 40s, I'm mid 50s so I guess that explains that 😆
He's a bit odd, possibly autistic, talks too much, can rub people up the wrong way, but I think he's basically a decent bloke, socially inept but heart in the right place once you get to know him.
We both have Mondays off and have been using the time to train, but both currently carrying injuries, but we've been having a coffee instead. It's an Ok way to spend an hour when you have free time. It's not the highlight of my week, but we have a chatty hour gossiping talking about our sport. I suspect the company is more important to him than it is to me.
I don't know exactly what I'm asking, but it is a bit unusual and I'd hate to be leading him on, but I've never had any indication that he's the slightest bit interested in anything but a coffee and a chat. It just feels a bit odd. Before people say otherwise I have no romantic interest in him whatsoever.
