Currently going through a mutual exchange. I have had my inspection and due a answer over the next two weeks. Me and my exchange partner don't want to move until beginning of May due to holidays. My question is, will we be able to sign the docs and then move in 4 weeks time or do they give you a certain time to move? Also do you have to sign a few days before you move or can you sign a couple of weeks before you move because I don't want to buy anything or start packing until we have signed then I know there is no going back
