I'm on Evorel Sequi and like a muppet didn't realise I had one more Evorel Conti patch left in the box and slapped on an Evorel 50 patch on Friday.
I'm going on a training course weds - fri this week and it's a residential course and by all accounts pretty intense. I really don't want my period to turn up while I'm on this course.
When I change patches tomorrow should I go back to the old pack and put the last Evorel Conti patch on? Or just continue with the Evorel 50's?
Or get those period delay pills? Norethisterone? Would this work? I was due my period on 14th but it hasn't started.
