The entryways are narrow to begin with but there’s a radiator behind every door so that I can’t get any pre assembled furniture through

My ex council house isn’t like this. Radiators are no where near the doors.
isnit a new build? If so it’s a new build problem not a council house problem.

If its just to get Furniture in. Could you take the front door off whilst you get it in. When my halfway was narrow we had to lift things above the radiator. It was hard work

I've never seen a council house with rads behind doors!

TuliLily · 17/03/2024 13:44

Well mine isn't

Kitkat1523 · 17/03/2024 13:45

Not seen this in the ones I’ve been in

You know not all council houses are the same right?

Take the doors off while you get things in. We recently got a new (to us) sofa and had to take the doors off to get it in without radiators behind them.
It's easy enough to do, but the lovely BHF people who delivered were willing to help.
