I do, and it's becoming problematic. I've ignored it for years because I kind of thought what I was feeling was normal. Is it? List of symptoms here. Is it normal? Do you feel any of these things?

^pain and tenderness in your muscles and joints, especially when you’re doing certain activities. It tends to mostly affect your upper limbs, including your arms, shoulders, wrists and hands.
Other common RSI symptoms include:^

Do you know it's RSI? Could it be something to do with your neck. I have issues with the nerves in my neck vertebrae and it can cause pain, tingling and numbness etc in my lower arms and hands. I also get tennis elbow in both elbows but not sure if it's my neck issue or not.

Yes been diagnosed by a physio and GP. I'm doing neck exercises as well as arm and back exercises because it's all interconnected afaik.i guess I'm curious as to how common this is.

Yes, carpal tunnel syndrome so had the ligament snipped.

By that time, I couldn’t write, couldn’t hold a knife so my mum was batch cooking for me, was sleeping sitting up, vacuuming with the wrong hand etc etc.
