I know no one can really help me other than the GP. But I have anxiety and I’m spiralling with this.
DD (10) has this mole on her back. It is a raised mole, what my mum would have called a ‘beauty spot’.
DD came to me and said it was itchy. I looked at it and it didn’t look great. Hopefully you can make it out in the photo, but it’s red around the area where it meets her skin. I think she may have just had a random itch, scratched it, and it’s now irritated from that. But I’m also worried that maybe it’s something more serious.
I will call the GP on Monday to have it checked, but I wondered if people could tell me what they think by looking at the picture. Does this look concerning? I will take her to the doctor regardless of comments, I’m just worried.
