I have dentures I have only worn them a handful of times . But i need to put the effort in and start wearing them properly. I only saw the dentist a few days ago so everything is fine with fitting etc.
For some reason I suddenly can't get them in. I have never been 100% comfortable doing it as I find it hard. And it really hurts . It feels like they somehow catch on my gum it feels like something hard is hitting my gum it really hurts . Once I can actually get them in place it's OK the pain gos. But it's really hurting to try and get them in. When the dentist puts them in for me they sit perfectly. No issues. But I can't do it myself.

Incase relevant they are clip in dentures I have been lining them up

I have tried googling but it talks about once they are in there may be some discomfort etc . But my problem is (as) they are going in.

Is there a nak to it?
