Pleased to hear this, will listen to his speech later, as i'm at work. I did like Mark Drakeford, even if that is an unpopular opinion.

Let's see who remains and joins the Welsh cabinet. Hopefully a UK government that actually respects Wales instead of ignoring them in favour of their mates is elected soon. Mr Sunak won't even respect the Welsh language name of one of the national parks in Wales.

If you mean Snowdonia it's probably because like most of the rest of England he can't pronounce the Welsh name.

Plus, just because it has a name in Welsh, why can't it also have a name in English? We don't say Wien, Koln, Roma or Lisboa.

Oh dear, am listening to this on Radio 4 and don't really get what happened.

Vaughan was accused of taking a donation from a slightly dodgy businessman.

Jeremy Miles and VG campaigned to be First Minister. Pretty much all the Labour Group endorsed JM as their preferred candidates.

Then VG blamed Hannah Blythen for a leak and sacked her. She notably then did not vote in the vote of no confidence as she was off sick. She denied being the leak and then a small but chopsy welsh media site agreed and confirmed she wasn’t the leak.

Now four members of the cabinet have resigned.

I campaigned for welsh government but after 25 years of this I have little time for it. I’d happily join a campaign to dismantle it.

Hannah Blythen was responsible for Social Partnership in his cabinet.

There’s also so some sort of investigation into disappearing WhatsApp messages.

Hannah speaking in the senedd last week was just a hard watch . I think he had to go. He should never have taken the donation.

I think he has made the right decision to resign. Let's hope there is no stain or bad judgment on whoever his successor is.

What was the leak?

I’m not entirely sure - I think it might be about who leaked info about the £200k donation or it might be about the covid enquiry. I lost track during the general election.

I think it was covid related and about WhatsApp messages that were then deleted. Nation Cymru have said she was not the source.

Never liked Drakeford lap dog. He was foisted on the members by the union who wanted someone else. So I expect he was disliked for whatever reason. .

Don't know where we go from here though.

I never saw VG as MD’s lapdog. In my view, Jeremy Miles was the chosen one. He had the endorsement of pretty much all the Senedd members.

Looking forward to Labour now demanding a Welsh General Election, just as they did in Scotland when Humza Yousaf resigned.
