My mum bought an under counter fridge but accidentally got the wrong colour, Her mistake. she contacted the seller for a refund and then ordered the correct colour. Seller said they would just deduct the cost of the return from her refund.
Seller sent her a return label with 10kg on it, the fridge box says 22kg. Parcelforce are coming to collect it on Monday so what is likely to happen? Will my mum just need to pay for the extra weight or will they just not take it?
Trying to find out what is likely to happen as my mum has to leave her house on Monday as she is moving so needs to know if they will take it or not, Tried calling parcel force and can't get through to anyone
