Bloody heart palpitations and panicking

I’m at work. Have had to walk a couple of miles due to site visits. I’m horrendously unfit, fat, and when I get anxious my heart starts missing beats. I noticed a few whilst walking and I’m so close to going to A&E even though I know that would be stupid - I’ve had a lot of tests (health anxiety). Is it normal to miss a few beats whilst walking at a face pace? They didn’t get significantly worse.

If it's any help, I get menopausal/post menopausal palpitations. Not as bad as they used to be but GP told me hearts do that and to try not to worry about it unless you're also getting chest pain, at which point you would need to go to A&E.

Maybe something like this could be reassuring OP. https://www.amazon.co.uk/EMAY-Bluetooth-Portable-Monitor-Detections/dp/B07DXHJYBX?ref=silk_at_search

I don't have one but did consider it when I saw one advertised on TV.
